Sadly cancer seems to touch so many lives today. After a particularly tough time dealing with cancer both personally, with friends and family, a group of good friends who supported each other through this black time decided to tackle cancer head on by raising money for Cancer Research UK.

What better way for a group of show jumping fanatics to raise money than run an affiliated show jumping event! In 2015, Jump for Life ran classes all the way up to Grand Prix, with huge prize money generously donated by a number of companies and individuals. It was a fabulous day which raised over £12,500 which all went to Cancer Research UK to help fund the fight against this terrible disease.

Not only was there show jumping but a huge raffle, an auction run by Alistair Stewart (from the telly!), a cake stall, a legal advisory service for livery yards and a number of tack stalls.

 

In 2017 we did it all again! Top class show jumping, excellent trade stands and an awesome raffle and auction raising £15,000!

The generosity of so many amazing individuals and businesses made this another great day to remember!
